Our pastries and current plans
We are engaged in the production of bakery and confectionery products and in 2025 we visited several fares where we made products on site and directly in front of our customers and after receiving a lot of positive feedback and experience, we decided to open our own bakery workshop with a permanent location. Today we have moved to Viimsi, Haabneeme Alevikku, at Kaluri tee 5. We use only natural domestic ingredients in our products and won't make any compromises in terms of quality.
To simplify ordering, we have also created an online store on our website, where you can pre-order products, as well as large braided breads and cakes. Both savory and sweet lovers will find something to their liking on the menu. We are also opened to special orders. Our bakery is opened from Wednesday to Saturday 10.00 - 18.00

Having acquired the specialties of general cooking, baking, and pastry chef, and having worked for years locally plus in a two-Michelin star restaurant in Belgium, I am now fulfilling my dream of offering customers baked goods with the recipes developed personally by me under my own company.
